I have not received my registration email


Our systems automatically send out the registration emails, but sometimes spam filters, or even ISPs do block some of our emails as spam due to specific words or phrases. Mostly this is the reason why you did not receive your registration email.

Unfortunately this is completely out of our control. Additionally, some ISPs block all emails from specific IP ranges (ours included), which makes it impossible for us to communicate by email with our customers - this especially affects Comcast users in the US, and several users located in France and a few other European countries.

If you cannot find the email in your inbox, neither in any spam folder, please provide an alternative email address where we can send the email to. Contact us here.
